About the venue

Cathkin Braes Golf Club, founded in 1888 and redesigned by James Braid, is the oldest golf course in Glasgow. The 6200-yard, par 71 moorland course is located five miles from the city centre and is regarded as one of the best inland courses in the West of Scotland.
